Organizational / Instructions - There will be two groups of 6 working together on a passing sequence that will lead to a low driven cross from the wide area. In sequence 1 the winger will be getting wide and crossing the ball in to the mini nets. In sequence 2 the winger is showing inside to provide space for the wing back to push up wide and perform the low driven cross in to the box. Players will rotate roles in this pattern (CDM-CAM-FULL BACK-WINGER).
Coaching Points - communicating, quality passes, weight on passes / quick attack to replicate the real game, 2 touch if possible, quality on crosses low driven, contact centre of the ball with inside of the foot with weight and accuracy(look at target before crossing the ball)
Progressions / Adaptations - Sequence 1 then Sequence 2, 1 touch depending on success rate.

Organizational / Instructions - Now instead of crossing the ball in to the mini net, there will be a target man to hit inside the box. There will be a defender trying to clear the cross or intercept the cross. For the first few efforts the defender will be passive then become active shortly after. The winger also has the option to cut the cross back to the CAM if the striker isn't in a good enough position.
Coaching Points - communicating, striker needs to check off the defender for a chance at goal. Striker also needs to get in front of the defender since the cross is coming in low. Winger needs to put pace on the cross and keep head up to see the strikers movement.

Organizational / Instructions - 30X40 - The goalkeeper will play a bounce pass into either CM then play a pass to the LWB or RWB and only then the attack begins. If the ball is in the left wide zone then both the LW and LWB must remain in that zone but the RW or RWB can make an attacking run into the box to try score a goal from a crossed ball or score a rebound. If the defending team win the ball they can attempt a counter attack and try score. If they lose the ball, the attack is restarted from the GK.
Coaching Points - Use the width, drag the defenders out of position with positional awareness, switch the play if space is tight, cross in to target zones rather than aiming for a perfect cross to someone's head, full backs overlapping to create openings in the back 4 or give support for the winger to get ahead and cross the ball. Zones to hit (front post, back post, edge of the box, middle of the box).
Progressions / Adaptations

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Organizational / Instructions - Light jogging breathing in through the nose and out of the mouth followed by static stretches stretching mostly the leg muscles. Overview of session.
Coaching Points - full range of motion in stretches, hold for 8 seconds then intensify for further 8.

Organizational / Instructions - dynamic stretches / jogging and short sprints for a couple of minutes. Introduce 3 footballs and get everyone passing and receiving on the move, the condition is that a ball must be in each zone at all times( the 2 wide zones and the middle zone) this influences players to keep their head up and scan which will be important later on in the other practices.
Coaching Points - constant communication, head up, correct weight of pass, keep the ball on the ground, open body up when passing with the inside of the foot.
Progressions / Adaptations - receive with one foot and play with the opposite foot.
