Set up: Area 20x20 yrds, players work in 2's in middle attacker & def, players on outside as servers with a ball each.
Format: Servers look to play pass into attacker who looks to receive under pressure from Def & play out to a different server. Play with limit pressure from Def to ensure players get it right then progress to full pressure. Rotate servers.
Key Points: Check shoulder prior to receive and protect ball using body.
Receive from foot and hold of def, turn into space & dribble/pass into next target.
Servers to play pass into attackers safe safe side
Defenders when win ball can you maintain possession of it.
