- First touch towards taregt and in front of body to allow a step into the pass
- Balance body on standing foot and focus on a locked ankle with the inside of the foot connecting with the middle of the ball
Organisation
- A mini goal on each side of the area
- A smaller area in the middle
- 4v4 in the small central area
- Players score by passing the ball into a mini goal
- The players are not allowed to leave the central area
- Kick ins from the side of the central area when the ball goes out

Organisation
Agility - Half the players have a bib tucked in the back of their shorts as a tail and half don't. The half that don't have a bib aim to steal one from those with a bib. 1 minute, then rotate the players starting with a bib. Final set with 4 bibs in play.
Progression - Every player has a football.
Co-ordination - Two feet between every cone, dribble ball to the next set, then work the ball backwards to its starting position, then run onto the second set of cones. Change footwork patterns every minute for 3 minutes total.
