This is the way we need to set up and practice. Repeat several times until players understand. You can use poles as defenders , or extra players who will stand still as cones, until you perfect it , then they can move, increasing their level of intensity as the exercise continues.
The angles os support will change as the ball and defenders move, stop and reposition players so they can receive a pass
The pass must reach the players, too may times it is played short

Set up players as above
Goalie must roll ball, not bounce it
Play to defender on right side as they feel more comfortable with right foot. Use left side only if player has a good left foot
Player 2 can decide to play to Player 3 or moving player 4.
If a player has space , have them dribble , then pass.
If pressure is immediate, then less touches in build out area
Have the further forward play on the side of the ball
If the ball is played right , then movement of support players is towards the right but into a space
