Blocked - 10 minutes

12 players, 2 teams.

Area size - 30x30. Each Cone = 10 yards apart.

Players each stand betwee 2 cones, this is to ensure that they are in enough space to recieve the ball.

By using 4 balls, this makes the speed of the play faster as there will be 4 players without a ball at all times.

Players can pass the ball to any player on any team as long as they do not have a ball.

When making the pass ensure to communicate with the player you are going to pass the ball too.

Use a various style of passes;

- Driven

- Side foot

- Chip

Equipment;

- 4 Balls

- 12 Cones

-12 bibs (3 colours)

- 8 Flat discs

Variable (10 mins)

Variable - 10 Minutes

In the 3 teams, using the same area that was used in the first part of sesson, with 1 team in each zone.

1 team on the outside has the ball and they must try to pass the ball to the other end zone without the middle zone getting the ball.

Players from inside the middle zone can go into the zone where the ball is to press the play and speed up the passing.

If the middle team get the ball then the team that lost possession go into the middle zone and the team into the middle go on the outside.

4v4 in a conditioned game.

To score, players on the inside must play a pass to one of the players on the outside then go for a return before they can score.

After every 2 goals (or 3 Minutes) the team on the outside switches.
