Small group of 3 players: Player 1 Passes to player 2 ( Number 6 ) who receives on the back foot and sprays a first time pass to player 3 whos on the run .After one pass repeat the process with player 3 playing the first pass and player 1 making a run .
Coaching points:
Weight of pass off each player
Driven ball to runner
Timing of run to receive
Progressions :
Add in extra players (2) and or (1 Gk) to have visual defenders
Number #6 dribble forward before driven pass

P1 is working as a number 6 he/ she starts with the ball Plays a forward pass to player 2 /server who controls , as the pass is played the number 6 presses 5 yards to close the space and the server shields the ball , once the midfielder stands over the server for 6 seconds he/she backpedals and receives a pass on the back foot and moves across to lane 2 to repeat and so on .repeat 6 rimes and rotate
