Set Up: 30x25 grids
Description: 2v1 into 2v1 situation in the attack. Defenders cannot leave their own grids to defend attackers try to beat 1st defender and the create a 2v1 situation in the final grid to score on the big goal. If defenders win the ball they look to counter quickly to the 2 small counter goals.

Set Up: 30x25 grids
Description: 3v2 situation in the attack. 2 attackers start on end line with a ball attacking 2 defenders with a 3rd attacker starting near the defenders. 3rd attacker makes runs to try to recieve the ball making sure they stay onsides. 1st attacker with the ball works to make a good decision when to dribble or pass, or shoot the ball, depending on defenders positions. 3v2 situation

Set Up: 1/4 of a full size field if space is avaliable.
Description: 3v4 1 big goal and 2 small counter goals. Ball starts with the GK, when the purple team wins the ball they look to counter (numbers up) to the big goal.
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble with speed and change of direction

3. Recognizes when to shoot
4. Recognizes when to dribble or pass
5. Passing with instep
6. Recognize numbers up situation
7. Change in direction (switching play)

Progression: add numbers of players if space is availiable.

4v4 or 5v5 game depending on numbers of players. Formation 2-2-1 or 2-1-1 if you have 4v4.

Set Up: each player has a ball, open space
Descritpion:
Teach the players the first 6 dribble coerver activities
1. Bell (ball bounced inbetween both feet back and forth)
2. Roll (ball is rolled with the bottom of foot from right to left continuous acoss body)
3. Pull back push out (roll ball back to body with bottom of foot, push back out with laces of same foot, alternate feet)
4. Bell roll out pop back in (bell into roll ball outside of body with bottom of foot, pop back into frame of body with inside of foot, alternate foot)
5. Bell roll across (bell then roll the ball across body with bottom of foot, bell then opposite foot)
6. Bell into "L" turn
