As soon as the blue player has had a shot on goal. Two red team players enter the pitch, one player from either side of the goal. One red team player dribbles in with the ball, making a 2v1 situation. The blue player, who previously was attacking, now becomes the defender.
Red team to make advantage of the overload, drawing the defending player in and passing to his teammate to attempt a shot at goal within 10 - 15 seconds.

draw the defender in before passing (timing and weight are important)

Can we use a diamond shape to give us width and depth in the attack to with the 'striker' being the tip of the diamond.
attackers using width in attack to try and draw the defensive team out of position.
games continue until players are all utilised. once all utilised, reset the field with all players behind the goals. opposite team to restart in the 1v0 situation.
