Jack in the Box (15 mins)
Organization: Players split in 3 teams. 3 goals 15 yards away.
Instructions: One player starts behind the goal (jack). A goal must be scored to release him. Once the first ball goes in the shooter starts a line behind the goal and jack returns to the ahooting line. From that point on all players try to shoot the ball into the goal and join the line behind the goal. The (Jack) is the last shooter and once they score and join the line behind the goal the game is over. Players who form the line behind the goal can help get missed shots back to the shooters.

NUmbered shots (15 mins)
Organization: 10x10 small box 25 yds out from goal.
Instructions: Players are numbered 1 through how many players you have. They practice deibbling in tight spaces until the coach yells out a number. That player must find the coaches feet before recieving a through ball. The player then takes a touch before striking the ball on goal. Remaining players inside the box must dribble around a blue cone and back into the middle. First player to make it back into the grid earns a point. Players also recieve 1 points for a shot on target and 2 points for a goal.

MLS CUP (15 mins)
Organization: 20x 20 yd fields.
Instructions: Each team picks an MLS team to be. 3pts for a win 2 points for a tie. 1 point for participation. 3min games. wen time runs out all players must to their teams cone (color coordinated) first team to sit all players behind cone in a straight line will earn an extra point.
