Play on a 20x40 yard total space. Center line divides the space into two halves at 20 yards each.
Players may only stay on their lines and must change the angle of support by moving on their line.
5v1 in each space.
Teams will try to connect 3-5 passes and then switch the ball to the other side. When the switch happens, the center mids will transition. The CM1 will move into the middle of the area and CM2 will then stand on the half way line moving side to side.
The idea is to stay in a position and adjust angles to support based on the location of the player.
Adjustments:
Make the space bigger
Start with only one CM who stays on the center line.
Progression: The switch has to happen through wither the deepest player or one of the CMs.

5v5 +2 Strikers and CBs must stay in their half. Eveyone else may attack and defend in both halves. Each team has neutral winger they can use. Wingers have 3 touches to play the ball in.
Focus on team shape and the roles and rsponsibilities of each position.

Technical Warm-up (15 mins)
Fundamental team shape.
Session is meant to be used with 9v9 teams who need time understanding team shape and positional roles.
9 Playes will take their positions. One player will start with the ball in their hand. They will throw it to a teammate and all the other players will adjust their position based on where the ball is.
Move the ball and have them freeze everytime, adjust players as needed.
Add the rest of your team as defenders. If defenders win the ball, have them throw it back to you.
