Teams:
Devin, Charlie, Brody, Kyle, Carsten, Austin, Luka, Vinny

6x4' (one team off resting, switch after 3')
- Starts with a sprint to opposite side (recovery run) on whistle
- Game begins with a ball played into the GK (have to use their feet)
- Offside line is blue
- Can change the shape to a 3-1 when attacking to open up space
Coaching points:
- Attacking Principle:
- Move the ball quickly to find a way to play forward
- Draw pressure to break a line
- Make a run behind when the player is facing forward with no pressure
Defending principles:
Pressure, Cover
- Defend as a line (one steps, the others drop and squeeze
- Keep compact and reduce places they can play through
- Apply pressure quickly
- Angle of approach to reduce options

- Game begins with a ball played into the GK (have to use their feet)
- Three channels, Defending team rotates after 3'
- Simulate build out with a back 3, one player from the possession team steps into the middle channel
- Press with a front 3 (playing 4-3-3 against 3-5-2)
- If possession team can successfully switch to far side, 1 point
- If defending team can score on goal, 1 point
- Rotate through teams who are defending

- Secure the ball in offensive transition (control)
