Specific set up-
Coaching the attacking team- 3-4-3- playing as 1-4-3
Managing the defence- 4-3-3- playing as 4-2-1
The aim for the attacking team is to get the ball into wide areas to create goal scoring chances with crosses and cut backs
If the defending team win the ball back they counter quickly and score in the mini goals.

At first we will be working on Wingers making out to in runs towards the byline ball being played from either the wing back or the centre mid, to then cut the ball back to either the striker or the other centre mid.
Weight of through pass is really important so the winger can ideally cut the ball back with their first touch when space is first open.

Now we will work on delivering crosses from wide areas, the wingers will stay wide through balls will be played from either the wing backs or centre mids.
Can our wingers time their runs in behind, the weight of pass needs to be in front of the wingers so they can run on to it and not behind them.
Delivery of the crosses is important can you hit the right areas and can the strikers make good runs and timed well.

Timings of runs from wing backs important so they have space to attack, the wingers movement needs to help the wing backs have that space and time to deliver crosses.

Possession Warm up
Directional passing warm up-
Both teams have a ball and are passing it from end player to end player, scanning and making space while avoiding the other team doing the same thing.
After a few minutes make it competitive- the teams will be against each other, keeping the ball and playing it from end player to end player, when you win the ball you keep it and play with your team to keep the ball.
Swap end players every few mins
Look for movement off the ball to create spaces
Height, Width, Depth, Pivot
Scanning for space and team mates
