Organization: 2 players in each of the out side cones, start with one ball in one line (after you see they get it you add more ball up to 4), dribble to the cone and go to the right ... after they get it let them work on their dribbling (insist no passing) after switch to the opposite side, when they get it add a pass and then switch again.
Coaches role: Make sure they understand the rotation, make them use both fit in the correct moment, have a ball prepared to add more in the correct moment.
Technical goal: Use right and left foot, make the cut after you pass the cone.
Social: Comunicating (ask for the ball the player who is waiting)
Psycological: Try to understand what are they doing, when to use the right and when to use the left.
Physical: High intensity, accelerations with athe ball.
