Instructions:
- Defenders will pass the ball to the attacker and release upon pass
- Defenders score 1 point by stopping the ball on the line.
-1 pt for a goal in mini net or dribble through the gate
- Switch after 3 minutes
- In 2nd round switch the goal to the other side (field 2)

Instructions
- Players look to close down on the ball together.
- Focus on body shape, proper stance, and angle of approach.
- Attackers look to get through the gate on the opposing side.
- 1 pt if attacker dribbles through the gate
- 1 pt defender wins prevents
- 3 pt defender win and counter over the line
-Switch sides

- Proper defensive stance - surfer position.
