Introduction
4 teams of 5 players. 2 teams playing and the other 2 teams waiting outside the pitch.
Condition
Normal game, trying to win the game in a real situation. Attacking shape must be 1-2-2-1 using goalkeeper as a free man at the back.
Once defenders get the ball back, attempt quickly to score. Goal in transition counts as 2.
Coaching Point
Principle: Penetrate Space.
Build up from the back.
Body position, first touch ability and mobility.
High intensity defending. Almost defending 1v1.
Organization
WT: 3min - RT: 3min
Each team will play 3 games.
TEAM 1: ELMAN, YAT, TEDDY, JEFFREY, HENRY.
TEAM 2: LAU KA SHING, CHRIS, RYAN, ANSON, WILLIS.
TEAM 3: ONDY, OWEN, KYLE, SUM, KAM HO.
TEAM 4: NIC, WONG CHING TAK, CHUN, SHINICHI, ROY, OSCAR.

Normal game. To be able to score all attacking players have to stay in opponent's half.

1 Groups.
3x7min. 1'5 rest between Rep. Rotation of players after each repetition.
