4v4 (+4)
How to play: 4v4(+4) Team in possession work to get ball from one side of area to the other to the neutral players in shaded area 1 point is scored once a point is scored neutral player must play the ball into team that conceded the point ( rotate neutral players in and out of play so everyone has a turn)
Conditions: Teams must use a minimum of 3 passes to move across the area and pass into neutral player to score 1 point neutral player must play ball back into team that has just conceded once point is scored
Challenges :Make a minimum of 3 passes and pass to neutral player to score 1 point
Targets: Be team with most points to win
P1: If the team in possession scores point neutral player returns possession back to scoring team and they must play to opposite side to score again
P2:Reduce Area (less space to play in)
P3:Add Neutral player inside main play area that has to be passed to before teams can score
P4:Add extra player/s to one of the teams
P5:Up pass limit ( 5-7)
P6:Touch/Time limit on the ball (Touches 3/Time 3 secs)
R1:Extened Area size (more space to play/more time on ball)
R2:Remove pass limit
R3: Make game multi directional
Coaching Points: Are players using correct passing mechanics/Can players pick out team mates by breaking lines/ Can players use correct weight of pass/Can players identify and pass to team mates back foot/ Can players play ball just in front of team mate

How to play: 6v6(with GKS) SSG Halfway line and Channels
Players restricted to zones 1 Striker from each team plays in opponents half 2 defenders from each team play in there own half wingers restricted to there own channel cant cross halfway line
Each team has 2 unopposed wingers as shown in the channels wingers can dribble up and down channel who can cross into box or cut inside to find a team mate to pass too
If attacking makes a pass to a winger attacking teams defenders may then enter opponents half to offer support and passing options attacking team will receive 2 goals if they score with all players in opponents half
Open up to free play halfway through encourage players to keep positional awareness/and find passes to teammates feet
Conditions: 6v6 (with Gk) players restricted to zones 1 striker from each team in opponents attacking half 2 defenders from each team remain in there own half a pass has to be made to winger for attacking teams defenders and to move into opponents half winger must then pass to teammate before team can score wingers unopposed in there own channel can cut inside to support a team mate while attacking in opponents half
A minimum of 4 passes has to be made by attacking team including a pass to the winger a
Wingers and defenders must return to channels/own half if defending team transitions into attacking team by winning the ball and finding there own winger
Only wingers allowed in channels cant be tackled in channel
Goals scored with all attacking players in opponents half are worth 2 goals
Challenges: Can wingers find support players/ Can players make 4 passes before scoring/Can we get all players in opponents half and score to get double goals
Target: Beat opponents score
P1:Reduce area size
P2:Add extra defenders
P3:Wingers can use all the length of the pitch and tackle each other
R1:Remove pass limits/restrictions
Coaching Points: Can winger hold/protect/release the ball to team mate/Can players use correct passing mechanics/Can player decide when to release the ball by getting the heads up looking for supporting team mate /Can players communicate verbal or physically to help team mate decide when to relase to ball (ie pointing where they want the ball/shouting yes i have it now etc ) / Can players use correct weight and angle of pass to reach team mate

How to play: 4 sets of gate 1 ball as shown 3 players on each gate single file as shown yellow team will start 1 player will dribble out and make a forwards pass to team mate why moving towards the other side of the area once there team mate receive the pass they will pass into blue player on the gate yellow will join back of blue line blue will then play across to the other side(looking to keep a continuous rotation)
Challenges: Race against the clock can we get all player back to original start position in 60 secs amount of time
Target: Beat time limit
P1:When second player receives ball make a diagonal pass to i across to a gate player instead of a straight pass to gate player ahead of you
P2:Add a Defender to pass around/ or add pressure as shown by red player
Coaching Points: Can players get head up and release pass/ Correct weight of pass/angle of pass/speed of pass/body shape/on toes ready to receive/control mechanics
