Explanation: In a game of 9v7, the red team has possession and starts every reset from the GK. The blue team's objective is to press from the front, the red team is trying to play out and score in the mini-goals.

Progressions: The size of the pitch can be adapted. The competition aspect could be included, if the blue team win possession and score they receive 2 points, if the red team score they receive 1 point.
