Not making any of the players stay in speciffic lanes, the ball must move with in each possesion into every lane. Right, center, left. With in the possession, once the ball moves through each area you may then go to goal. With every loss of possession you must then repeat the movement (left, center right)
Note: within the center area point out the players must perform a turn move to move the ball to the other side.

Now the ball must be played through the square with in the possession before scoring. Players can move throughout the square switching or if you need to work on spacing and positioning from your center midfielders you can lock them into that square. Players with in the square can are only allowed a max of 2 touches.
Once the ball is played through the square on either team they may go to goal. If there is a loss of possesion they must get back through the square to score again.

Techniqual Warm-up and Skill Work (40 mins)
Phase 1: (5 mins) Start with balls on the outside and have the outside players pass to the inside players. 2 touch passing back. Turn through the square and find a different outside player to pass. Teams switch.
Phase 2: (20 mins) Start with 1 turn move. Outside of the foot turn. Players on the inside start with the ball, pass long to outside player, check to the side to receive the ball back. On receiving the ball back, in 1 touch using the outside of your foot turn to the center square, dribble, and pass to another outside player. Repeat for 2 mins and switch teams.
Do a couple different turn moves. Inside of the foot, cruyff turn, L turn, etc. Repeating the same process and switching teams in and out with every turn.
Phase 3: (15 min) Pair off the players inside (3 groups) so you have a defender and attacker. Working on the same turns now with pressure. based on your teams skill and comprehension, you can start with the defenders applying 50% pressure and build up from there. Switch out teams and repeat.
