Organization: two teams 8v4 on a 20x20mts, 4 squares with same size. A cage built in the middle.
12 playes. 4 inside the cage. 4 posts 5 cones
Execution: the drill starts from square signed as 1, with two blue players that have to execute at least 2 passes before switching to next adjacent square with no specific requirement.
The pink player that faces the square from the cage gets into the drill when the football gets into the square and goes back to the cage when the football leaves the area.
Variation: increase graduallythe intensity, start with at least one pass between blue players and increase up three passes.
