Session Organization:

  • Set up GKs in a Rondo
  • Stack of soccer balls placed in the middle (You could also place one ball on top of a cone)
  • The GKs on the outside move the ball around the outside and keep the working GK moving
  • The GK in the middle has to protect the ball pyramid from getting knocked over
  • At any time, the players on the outside can try and knock the middle stack of balls over

Technical Points:

  • stay low while moving
  • close space on a bad touch
