Organization: 30x20 yard area. All players with ball.
Instructions: Players dribble around and try to kick each others ball out of the grid. Players can re-enter game after two turns on side-line.
Coaching Points: Head up to see opposite player. Technique of each turn. Look over shoulder to see space and nearest side line. Look to explode after turn with Ronaldo dribbling. Exaggerate each turn to create space.
Progressions: Make one color defenders and the other collor attackers, now the defender can try to poke ball away from attacking player. Play timed games and compare times to recieve a winner

Organization: 4 cones in the middle of the area, 4 groups

Instructions:
On Coaches command, players dribble out to the cone, perform turn and return to their starting point, when they reach starting point the next person in line goes.
Perform drag back, inside turn and outside turn
Coaching Points:
-Close Control
-Head Up (check over shoulder to assess space and pressure)
-Accelerate after the turn
-Lower your body to give a better platform to accelerate
Progressions:
Make into a race
Regression: Have all balls in center players race to perform turn and return as many balls as possible to their group.

Instructions:Players dribble from point A (starting position) to B, Make a turn a point B to come back to point A to tag in next team mate. First team back to starting point wins.
Coaching Points: When to use Messi and Ronaldo dribble.

Progressions: Make relay from point A to C while making a turn at B in between. Progress to Point D in same fashion ( turn at B and C )

Instructions:Group A passes it to Group B. Player from Group B recieves the ball and dribbles toward one of either the two nets to score while player from Group A becomes defender immediately after the pass. Defender can steal the ball and go to opposite goal to steal a point. 1 point for each goal. Individual keeps there score. Highest score in the whole group wins
Coaching Points: Keeping head up when attacking at goal.
What dribble to use when attacking defendef. (Messi to, Ronaldo going away)
Reconigzing to use a turn when one avenue towards goal is not open.
Progressions:Extra point if player scores after beating defende on a turn.

Organization: 30x20 yard area, all players with ball.
Instructions: Players are dribbling inside of area. They are given specific moves to do with the ball. Moves include hip swivels and forward and backward rolls. After performing these rolls we will start to work in specific turns such as the Drag back, inside cut, and outside cut.
Coaching Points: Head up to see space and look over shoulder to see where they are turning. Technique of all three turns. Look to turn into space.
Progressions: Make sure players are turning with both feet.
