Method:

4 v 4 + 3

• Yellow players and outside players try to retain possession

• Inside Blue team try to win ball back, swap with outside red players when they win possession

• Place players as playing position i.e., Yellow CB/CM/CF, Red FB's & Wingers

Coaching Points:

• No break in play when possession is lost, inside players must switch to outside to receive next pass, outside players automatically transition to inside grid (compact). Practice flows for a set time period.

• 2 touch 

• Fast movement of ball

• Scanning, movement to create passing opportunities for teammates
