⚽Practice Organization

• A fun game which is chosen to make the players relax have fun and in addition to put them into competition
• An easy exercise in which 2 players from each team step forward and move sideways (sidesteps) and touching each stick quickly
• While players execute, coach uses the whistle and players have to run linearly collect the big aerobic ball and thereafter run as fast as possible back!
• The player who goes first over the finish line provides 1 point to his team

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Both players have to move one the line before starting their run towards the ball
• Players have to touch the sticks
• Players are allowed to grab the ball in many ways but, kicking it back is not allowed
• The opponent players are allowed to manipulate the readiness of each active player(by speaking to them or making noise for the best of their teammate)
• We want the players to run as fast as possible
•  Teammates are not allowed to get next to the aerobic balls(sometimes they assist their team to win)
• After every run the ball must be placed back to its responsive position(on the 3 red cones)
• Augment the competitiveness my joking with the players(always with care) 
• The team that gets first to 10/14/16 points wins the total race and eventually the game
