Both teams set up 4-1-2 -
Only team in possession can use the wide areas. Once ball has been captured. then team with ball can send two players in to wide areas. Opposing team wide players must run in to central grid and defend
This should encourage the team in possession to make the pitch as big as possible. (limit touches in wide zone to 2). Teams can score a point by scoring a normal goal or by making 10 consecutive passes.
Progress by limiting touches all over the pitch to 3 max.
