The focus today will be to play the players in different conditioned games to bring out moments to reinforce the learning outcomes of the season the how what when where & why.

Organization:
20 x 15 grid
players in 2 lines
pile of balls
multiple grids at the same time
1or 2 x pug goals each end
endzone lines as shown
Instructions:
1.players start in 2 lines as shown the ball will be served out from a player behind the first 2 players to go
2.once the ball is served out the players will look to race to the ball then go 1v1 to their opposite goal but must break the line before they score
3.if the other player steels they will transition to the opposite end zone to score
Coaching Points:
look to make stoppages based on the skill set and learning outcomes fom the season
attacking 1v1 moves,
changes of direction,
stop starts,
first touch,
shooting/finishing
Progressions:
Take away a goal on each side
Play 2v2

Organization:
15x20
teams of 4 ,2players on the outside and 2 players inside from each team
Instructions:
1.each team will work from east to west and the other north to south across the grid,players will work the ball across the grid scoring a point for their team when they get the ball from 1 side to the other
2.have the player rotate from the outside to the inside
3.after a set amount of time allow the teams to switch direction N to S the longer but narrow distance E to W short but wide use these distances to bring out the principles of play width depth length.
Coaching Points:
look to make stoppages based on the skill set and learning outcomes fom the season

Progressions:
allow players to pass the ball to their outside player and swap out allowing outside player to attack the space with their first touch and look to penetrate
allow them to play a direct ball from side to side to score

Instructions:
1.3v3 players must ply normal game rules but to score they must knock the ball of a cone
2.play 1 minute rounds winner stays on
3.have 2 field going at the same time
Coaching Points:
from the previous two games look to make stoppages based on the skill set and learning outcomes from the season

Progressions:
remove target balls from each side to have less targets
change angle of targets left right or center for higher points

Organization:
2x 20x15 grids
1 ladder
2 cone gates
3x3 lines of cones
Instructions:
1.the players will complete a set of ladder movements of coaches choice
2.from the ladders the players will complete a set of stretches coaches choice
3.the players will the move through the cones as quick as they can and get back to the ladder.
Coaching Points:
look for moments to teach the players to be explosive,dynamic,light on their feet,increase their speed.

have the players line up at the cones section and 1 by 1 the will go on coaches command complete section of three cones and a sprint and pause at the next section until coach says start again.
