Objective: Improve teams Transition skills from Def>Att in Zone 1 (Counter press and protect the goal)
Organization:
-Set up (2- 20L x 15W grids)
-Touch limit optional 1-3 touch
-Att 5 passes = 1 pt Att counter press win it back and complete a pass = 1 pt Def win the ball and score = 5 pts
-GKs play with the attacking team
-Defenders press for 1:30 mins switch defenders after every set
-losing team does burbles (5-10 reps)

Phase 4: (Team tactic) 3 Teams Tournament SSG 2 min games or 1 goals 30 mins total
Objective: Improve the teams collective transition skills in Att Z1 to Def Z1 (Counter press and protect the goal)
Organization:
-Set up (1- 50L x 45W grid)
-3 teams tournament winner stays on
-Game rules are 2 goals wins the game, the winning team can't tie, official game (fouls, off sides, restarts). Win = 3 pts, Tie = 1 pt, Loss= 0 pts
-The coach will record the points from every game 1st place goes right to the final. 2nd and 3rd play a semi final game.
-The winning team gets a team picture.
