How to defend as a back 4
Where to pressure, cover and balance within a back 4
Why we need to be organized within the back 4 to provide correct pressure cover and balance
When we see visable cues to step, press, drop and get compact.

Set up:
4 boxes at the top of the 18 yard box to replicate a back 4.
Organization:
4 defenders each playing 1v1 in each box against 4 attackers. White scores by dribbling out of their box and into the 18. Red score a point for stealing the ball, 1 point for denying penetration or 3 points for stealing and counter attacking behind red's line. Rotate squares every 2 minutes and swap roles after 8 minutes.

Set up:

Organization:
As above but now defending team can move anywhere but not attackers. Red score a point for stealing the ball, 1 point for denying penetration or 3 points for stealing and counter attacking behind red's line. Rotate squares every 2 minutes and swap roles after 8 minutes. Rotate teams in possession with attackers and rotate defenders if others play in the back.
Progression: Attackers can move anywhere as well.

6v5 with one neutral
Organization:
The neutral starts with the ball and plays to white. White score in the goal against goal keeper. White get a point if they can penetrate though 'Zone 14' Red aim to keep them out of the 'zone' and win possession to counter. Red score by getting the ball to the neutral or to the small counter goals.
