Warm up (15 mins)
Organization:set up 2 yard boxes, 3 boxes per channel
Instructions:Players will be in teams. first 2 players in the line will do brazilian touches. Once 2 players have advanced to next square next 2 teammates enter. everytime players make it through the entire channel they receive 1 point for their team. Play to a certain number.
