Aim: Put players in a setting within our attacking shape in the final third where they're getting information and reps on how to break into the silver zone with the 9 attacking the ball at the front post.
Activity/ Organization: (8:00 - 8:20) Players build up in attacking shape then Play in a 1v1 situation #11 vs #2 in attempt to penetrate the silver zone and serve the ball while 9 & 7 attack the front and back posts
Plan for failure / CP's:
Players won't drive at speed and will attempt to dribble down the line away from defender / Player must Engage the defender at speed by 'drive' at her (shoulders and hips facing directly at defender). Try to draw defender out to create space behind. (8:05)
Players will serve ball into the six / GK / Demo where your hips and foot should finished after you cross the ball ensure opposite hand / shoulder is up for balance and direction (8:10)
Players will lack creativity in 1v1 match up / educate on options to beat defender on outside. Change of direction and speed. Cut back and drive into space behind defender. (8:15)

(Only move to if satisfied with 1v1's)
Aim: Put players in a setting within our attacking shape in the final third where they're getting information and reps on how to break into the silver zone with the 9 attacking the ball at the front post.
Activity/ Organization: (8:20 - 35) Players build up in attacking shape then Play in a 2v1 situation #11 & #10 vs #2 in attempt to penetrate the silver zone and serve the ball while 9 & 7 attack the front and back posts. 8 Gets forward and attacks edge of box. Six Sits.
Plan for failure / CP's:
10 will not support at the right angle or stay connected by applying the correct distance / coach the angle and timing of checking into the space. Meaning you're not waiting to play the pass. 'Explode' into the space (8:25)
Pass will not be released at the correct time / coach recognizing when it's on to connect with the ten (Deception I.E dip shoulder and play with outside of foot) (8:30)
10 will try and force the pass into the gap between 2/4 or 3/5, (guided question, did you scan your shoulder? can you turn and shoot? (8:35)
