Exercise 1

G1 will strike a ball from the ground looking to hit G2's hands (chest height)

After the kick G1 will shuffle through the 3 red cones closest to him and set for a service to the hands from S1.

Once G1 has caught the ball from S1, G3 takes his spot, then G2 will strike the ball to G3. G2 will go through red cones closest to him for a service from S1.

After 8-10 repititions GK's can switch sides.

Depending on ability level the distance can be adjusted to a further position.

CP's:

Run up

Ankle is locked

Exercise 2

S1 will drive a ball into the box for G1 to collect. When G1 collects he will shoot that ball on G2

G1 can shoot any way he wants (from the ground, side volley, etc.)

Right after G1 shoots on G2, S2 drives a ball in the air for S3 to collect. When he catches he now shoots on G2's goal from the angle.

CP's

Should S1 and S2's approach to hitting the ball be different since S1 is hitting a diagonal ball vs. S2 hitting a ball straight across?

Exercise 3

G1 & G2 are team 1

G3 & G4 are team 2

Exercise starts with G1 striking a ball fromt he ground trying to hit G3's hands. If G1 hits it to G3 cleanly then his team gets 1 point. After the kick G1 quickly gets into the goal where G3 will have a shot. If G3 scores then G3 gets a point for team 2. If the GK in goal saves the shot then his team gets a point. REBOUNDS are live!

Rotate servers and GK on the other side. Adjust distance of servers based on ability.

CP's

GK needs to look to get backspin on the ball.

Exercise 4

1 server is in each of the 3 boxes. Although agility sticks are used to make the box you can also use cones.

G1 will take 5 goal kicks to each server. If G1 makes it into the hands of S1, inside S1's box then he gets 5 points.

After the 5 kicks to S1, G1 will then hit 5 to S2. If G1 gets the ball hit to S2 inside the box then G1 gets 10 points.

Finally, after services to S2, G1 will have 5 kicks to try and play into S3's box. G1 will get 15 points if he is able to do so.

If a server catches one of G1's kicks outside of the zoned box then G1 WILL NOT get points.

CP's

Should GK's run distance change based on the distance of target?
