player start at poles on command proceed to small hurdle - run through by going over each hurdle on landing open out and run to mid size hurdle-touch with hand then open out and run past cone

1 min active rest with a ball

Repeat as above this time do cross over step on landing

then do linear run through hurdles this time when get to large hurdle turn back around so as to run to tee-pee cone

repeat rest period as above

proceed to larger hurdles now do double leg hops through to end turn and go through next set then back to active rest for 30s do 6 sets

this is a lo- medium level plyometric drill with 84 low level contacts and 42 medium contacts

finish with active rest area server stands on base line and partner runs in from opposite base line- then jumps up at half way point and heads ball sent from server. This is repeated 10 times at speed then swap

total time 30 mins
