Defending Players focus on passing & keeping the ball in tight spaces.
two touch if 3 needed then take 3 touches.
emphasis on keeping the ball.
reds to close down quickly and put the defending team under pressure.
if whites make 6 passes then they return the ball to reds over the no mans land area on the full. reds must then send over 2 new players to pressure the other defending team.
If reds win the ball then the team that loses possesion goes into the middle.
The middle teams focus is a quick high press and putting pressure on the ball.
