Technical Passing Pattern
Player passes into player 2 who sets to player 3 who then plays to4. 4 to 5 and then 5 passes to the start again.
Progressions / Variations:
-Players can dribble to start
-Handball
-Add 1 touch
- Join both groups for big group with 2 balls

Open up with back foot having checked away and checking shoulder

2 v 2 keepaway with 3 targets.
Teams have to keep the ball away from the opposition and can use the outside targets to do so. Switch roles every round.
-First team to 25 passes
-A point is made every switch (5 points wins)

4 v 4 to Target players
Teams get a point by passing into Target player on outside. Once a point is scored, they try to go in the other direction. First team to 6 points wins. Resting team switch with the losing team.

2 group warm up (15 mins)
Warm Up
1 team in each grid. Inside grid, on coach's call, players perform different tasks inside. Also upon call of switch, teams have to get to the other grid going through either ladders or hurdles.
Activities to perform in grids:
- Ball Each dribbling
- 4th touch is skill
- Ball Mastery (toe taps / boxes / foundations / brzilian toe taps)
- Pass and Move
- Combinations
- 1 bounce
- Pass and sprint around cone on outside
(Alter if needed due to numbers - 3 groups / grids etc)
