Side 1: Hands and feet activation
Shuffle through cones volley to hands, low collection, and high ball.
4 reps volley to hands and low collection, 6 reps for high ball.
Side 2: Cross Handling Techniques 6 Throws each alternating sides each time (3 each side).
A player will be standing in front of the keeper that is receiving the reps. Keeper will start far behind player that is acting as a dummy for enough room to run up and jump. First set of reps servers will throw the ball high over the dummy player. Keeper will come out for a high collection.
Second set of reps keepers will be coming out and punching instead of collecting.
