Wide Play 1 (20 mins)

Blue team pass the ball wide with through ball and then cross into the box. The CM runs to the edge of the box after passing, the striker runs front post as the opposite winger runs back post.

One white defender marks the blue striker and the other closes down the winger. The wide white players also turn and run back to help defend.

If the white team win the ball, they must play their way out to the white striker where he can score in the small goal. The mannequin is just to slow him down. Ensure blue team attempt to come back to win the ball.

Wide Play 2 (20 mins)

Now the wide white players are goal side, it is alot harder for the blue wingers to run and then just cross the ball. Blue team now need to be a little more creative with their movement. Cones are placed to give players an idea of movement. Allow a little free play to let them use their imagination and creativness.

White players do the same as before.
