Time: 20 Minutes
OPPOSED
Organisation:
- 30x20 areas once more.
- Split players in groups into 5's with spare players common.
Exercise:
- Team in red starts in possession.
- They aim to keep possession of the ball on the edge of the grid by using their central player and common players.
- If the blue team win possession then they move to the edge of the grid with one player staying central as per reds and reds move inside.
- Play 3 minute phases and switch with players in second grid. (Red for Red).
- After 2 games swap common players and play another 2 games.
- Points are scored with amount of consecutive passes without losing possession.
Key Points:
- Take the basics from previous exercise and now include finding the spare players to retain possession.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
- Add a 10 yard scoring zone to the grids.
- Add a GK each end (if not enough GK small cone goals).
Exercise:
- Use template from previous exercise but make a game.
- Switch players as previous exercise every 5 minutes.
- Only 1 player from each team is allowed to enter the scoring zone at 1 time and 1 common player.
- No player is allowed to stand in the scoring zone.
Key Points:
- Creating overloads by combining and getting into opposition scoring zone.

TECHNICAL
Organisation:
- Set up 2 30x20 area with a 5x5 grid in the middle of the arear.
- Split players into even groups in each area.
- 2 players start in the 5x5 with others evenly spread in the corner stations.
- A and C stations have a ball.
Exercise:
- Player in group A and C play ball into the 5x5 to the central players.
- This player then controls the ball and plays out to B and D respectively.
- Players from A and C then move into the 5x5.
- The players in the 5x5 will move to staions D and B following their pass.
- Continue this for 2 minutes in the same anti-clockwise direction using 2 touch only.
- After 2 minutes change direction to clockwise and play for another 2 minutes.
Progression
- After another 1 minute do the same but 1 touch anti and clockwise using player moving in for a 1-2.

- Quick reactions on the ball.
- Move the ball quickly.
- Open body up for the pass after receiving.
