2 Mini Goals, 1 Big Goal, Cones, Footballs, 4 Red Bibs, 4 Blue Bibs, 2 White Bibs, 3 Mannequins, Flats

Players:
8 (3 Red, 3 Blue, 3 White - Bib before session) (1 Player will wear Blue bib under White bib, 1 Player will wear Red bib under White bib ready for SSG)

5 Pillars:
Physical: High intensity. 4 minutes work to 1-minute rest. Maximum ball rolling time. When ball goes out of play, footballs located in good positions for play to restart straight away.
Technical: High reps - Loads of ball rolling time. Medium realism.
Tactical: Technical - Medium tactical outcome. Skill - Medium tactical outcome. SSG - High tactical outcome
Social: Team meetings in Skill and SSG to see how the team can break the lines, and how they can move the ball quickly to break the line.
Psychological: Challenging players in each individual practised. How many times can they break lines within their selected time. Set the correct targets, challenges and conditions for the ability of the group

Practise Layout:
The practice requires 8 players.
1. White coned area 20x20
2. 3 Mannequins making a triangle
3. 2 Players located on the 2 front mannequins.
4. Spare footballs located by each active square

Technical Practise:
1. Players to pass and move (showed in image).
2. Players to pass in the pattern and break the lines between the mannequins to get to the next line.
3. Players can play off as many touches as they like but encourage 2 touch and back foot control.
4. 4 minute active with interventions.
5. Player Movement: Player 1 goes to Player 3, Player 3 goes to Player 2, Player 2 goes to Player 1 on the next line (where they pass).

1. Heavy touches (Playing off the back foot)
2. Passing accuracy

4. Weight of pass
5. Breaking of lines between mannequins
6. Sharp movement when on the mannequins

Coaching Position:
Walk around area looking for any errors in technique, especially looking at passes to the players in the mannequins. Challenging their technique.

Technical Progression:
Players on 'Cone 1' play a bounce pass with the player on the mannequin, then plays the ball to 'Cone 3'. The player on 'Cone 3' plays a bounce pass with the player on the mannequin, then splits through midfield mannequins to the player on 'Cone 1' on the next line. The pattern is then repeated.
Player Movement: Player 1 goes to Player 3, Player 3 goes to Player 2, Player 2 goes to Player 1 on the next line (where they pass).

1. 4 v 4
2. Defensive players can score goals by either dribbling the ball over the attackers line or scoring in the 2 mini goals
3. Attacking players must score by playing the ball into the final 20.
Extra points awarded for breaking the line and scoring
4. 4 minute active with interventions.
5. Defensive line are not allowed to drop into final 20 until the ball is in that area

1. Can players play 2 touch and off the back foot?

2. Player makes 4 successful attacking runs which leads to scoring opportunities
