Set up as shown. Large area for 12+ players. A practice to avoid a high press when playing from the back. 8 blues vs 8 of the whites, although the whites start with 2 defending, then coach sends another 2 players in, and so on until they win the ball. If the pressing team win the ball they must score in one of the 4 target goals.
Progression can be start with 4 players in square, then send another 2 in eventually. Can progress into a full 8v8 or 7v7 with amount of passes required before scoring in any of the 4 target goals
