Organization:
1. 20 x 15 Area Size.
2. Two groups of six (if space is available).
3. Split Group(s) into two teams.
Instructions:
1. Attackers start the game by taking their 1st step from the cone.
2. Soon as the attacker moves, the defender opposite can run out and try and tag the attacker.
3. The attackers they are looking to get through either gate without being tagged by the defenders.
4. Players switch roles as soon the attacker gets through the gate or is tagged by the defender.
Coaching Points:
1. Drive at defender at speed.
2. Keep options 50.50
3. Look to unbalance.
4. Timing of Fake.
5. Acceleration.

Organization: Players are split into four lines. Every player has a ball. There are four cones in the middle of the field that act as a defender.
Instructions: Players dribble at the cones in the middle. When close to the cones the players perform the move instructed by the coach to get around the cones then explode toward the opposite gate. Once the two player go on opposite cones then the other two players go. After 2-3 minutes switch players onto the other foot.
Coaching Points: Head up to observe the cones. Do the move about 1 yard from the cones to make it more effective. Exaggerate the move. Explode toward opposite gate with Ronaldo dribbling. Cut in behind defender towards the gate.
Progressions: Turn it into a race between the two sets of lines.

Organization: Same set up as earlier. Now only one side has the balls. The other side is now the defending line.
Instructions: The player dribles out toward the opposite gate. The opposite gate comes out to close down the ball as a passive defender. The attacking player dribbles past them using one of the moves previously taught. Players go for set time then they switch balls with the opposite line.
Coaching Points: Head up to view defender. See where the space is they are giving you. Perform the move at the correct distance from the defender.

Organization: 20x15 yard area. Line A is the passing line with lots of balls. Line B is the attacking line. Line C is the defending line which is located next to the goal. There is a mini goal located at the bottom of the field.
Instructions: Player A passes to Player B and follows player B. Once player B receives the ball Player C comes to defend B. B tries to get around Cand score in goal. If C wins the ball they can transition and score by crossing the opposite line or passing to the player in line A. Then A becomes B, B becomes C and C becomes A.
Coaching Points: Encourage players to be creative and take on defenders. Take the defenders on with pace. Head up to observethe defenders positioning.
Progressions: C can come out once the ball is passed from A.

Warm Up
Organization: 40x30 yard area. Set area up between Half way line and goal box. Every player has ball. 10-12 players.
Instructions: Players start dribbling in area with the only restriction that they cannot leave the area and hit another player. Then players perform the two dribbling techniques to be taught, Messi and Ronaldo dribbling. Finally the coach adds in 2 types of moves to be taught, the shoulder feint and the scissors.
Coaching Points: Head up when dribbling, looking for other players and space. The messi dribbling technique, using the laces and taking small touches when in tighter space. The Ronaldo dribbling technique, larger touches with the laces that help player explode into space. The technique of the shoulder feint and scissors.
Progressions: Add in two taggers who try to knock the ball away from the defender.
