Depending on numbers, we can fit this on either 1 or 2 fields (40x30 grids). Half outside, half inside - would be easy to use the different colour pinnies as a way to seperate them.
Activity
Players on the inside dribble the ball freely to a player on the outside and takes their place. The outside player dribbles into the box with speed and then finds a new person to switch with.
Progressions
- Pass to player outside
- Do a move / change direction before finding a new player outside
- Toe taps / foundations upon entry
- Leave ball and sprint to the person you are switching with - they collect any ball on the way back in.
