Organization: x 3 Grids (for 12 players)
Groups of 4 (A, B, C & D -- who will be a resting player) in a 20x30 yard grid with 1 ball.
Instructions:
3 lines.
A plays Double pass with C who passes the ball to D. D takes on B 1v1
Coaching Points:
· Awareness (check opposite side to team mate)
· Timing of check (eye contact)
· Timing of pass (as player checks)

Organization:
A dribbles to B (or A passes to B and gets itback to play C with pass)then passes to C, B and C attack A,
Instructions:
If defender scores he gets 2 points. If the attackers score they both get a point.

Organization:
4v4 Small-sided tournament games: 3 teams of 4 players each team. 1 field of 30x40 yards with 2 Pugg Goals on opposite endlines.
Play always starts from #6 at end line with the attacking team allowed 1 high target player
Can play phase style scrimmage if enough players are at practice
Instructions:
Players split into 3 teams (3 different pennie colors) of 4 and play 2 minute or Golden Goal games, winner stays on, losing team comes off & resting team comes on to play winning team. Team coming on gets to start the new game. This allows games to be short and sharp and keeps the tempo of the sessions and games high.
Coaching Points:
· Review of session's learning outcomes being translated into the game
· 3 lines of attack
· Creating diamond (gives angles of support)
· Making diamond as big as possible (Creating space)
· Identifying any chances to combine

Juggling Warm-Up
Organization:
In a 30x40 yard grid, players in groups of 2 (pairs) and a ball between the pair.

c.Left foot/SAQ segment
Instructions:
"Sequential Passing (Juggling) Challenge": One partner tosses the ball to the other partner who has 1 touch to play (juggle) a pass back to the tosser; who then has 2 touches to get it back to their partner; who then has 3 touches to get it back to their partner (the tosser); etc. If the pair allows the ball to touch the ground or messes up the number (pass) sequence, then they start again at 1. See how many consecutive sequential passes (juggles) each pair can get.
Coaching Points:
· Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
· Partner has to line their body up to the ball (pass) in the air.
· Eye contact between the 2 players.
· Communication between the 2 players.
