-5 teams of even numbers 4 each in this instance all different colours can be played from 2-6 players on each
-2 pitches set up with mini goal at each end (4),change pitch dimensions to accomodate numbers
-area for resting team to stand in in between pitches
ACTION
-both games going at the same time if a team concede they come off and come into resting zone and resting team come on
-team must get on and off field quick as possibe to keep flow of game
-resting team have to be aware to whats going on in both games
-teams coming off must be aware whats going on other pitch as a goal might be scored quickly

-can have 4 goalkeers an change mini goals to bigger goals same rules apply
limit touch to keep ball moving
on restart if ball is out can only have 1 player in oppositions half to ecourage playing out
