Set-up: 14x14 yd playing grid with flat markers laid out in order to create 4 squares/boxes inside the playing grid.
Instruction: 3v3 + 4. 3 yellows vs 3 reds + 4 supporting players on the outside for each team. Team in possession earns a point by transferring the ball one from side to the other. Team in possession may pass back to the supporting players that began the attack as needed. There may only be one attacking player in a specific grid/square at a time. Team out of possession is free to move and have no restrictions. The supporting players, on one side, may pass between each other as needed when attempting to play the ball into the midfield players.
