Organization:
Two teams set up in the middle of the area
- Red Team with two soccer balls
- Yellow only 2 defenders
Instructions:
Red Team with Higher Numbers - Look to pass two soccer balls in designated area
- After "X" amount of passes - two players can go score within 8 seconds
- As two Reds go to goal, the remanding players can try to play again (With Two Reds out - it becomes more challenging againsts two opponents- Can regress to one ball only when two reds are out)
- Add points - the further away the shoot the more points. The Closer they shoot, can be less points
Yellow Team - Look to win ball and counter on side goal
- Rotate Defenders
Coaching Points:
1. Observation of GK and target to choose striking surface.
2. Ball out of feet after turn for correct observation and apporach.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Team handball style - roll out with hands and finish using feet
- Start with no GKs
- Add Gks
- Add defenders

Organization:
2v1 - Can turn into 2v3 againt attacking team
Instructions:
2v1's // 2v3s
- Red Team Starts a game of 2v1s
- Yellow starts with one defender, the moment this defender wins the ball back, 2 additional Yellow players become active to turn the tables and play 3 yellow versus 2 reds.
Coaching Points:
1. Attacking Principles - drive into space or at the defender to make him commit into a decision.
2. Combination play (Overlap/Takeover/Give and go OR Use the supporting player as a decoy)
3. Resolving a defensive situation
4. Resolve attacking situations
6. Awareness of space & time - recognize the numerical advantage

Organization:
Players in pairs - One Ball
Instructions:
- Players in pairs, one runs away and looks to stay as far as possible
- Player with ball looks to driblle and stay as close as possible.
- On coaches command, all players freeze and player with ball looks to shoot ball between their teammates legs (Tom/Jerry game)
Coaching Points:
- Observation of target (Awareness)
- Use of laces
- Plant of noon kicking foot next to ball.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Use another surface of foot (not the inside)
- Both players with ball - Player 1 rolls ball into space for player B to shoot it with their own ball.
