Set-up
10X20 yard gird split with a halfway line
Mini goals Set up on end lines
Objective
Play starts with one team passing the ball across to the other team. We want the defender to pressure the ball as quickly as possible using correct defending cues (Side on approach, touch tight, Force to a side).
Attacker is trying to score on mini goal. If defender wins the ball in play then the defender becomes the attacker and tries to score on the his teams goal.
If the ball leaves play on the teams defensive half then the defender will exit grid and a new attacker will come on. The ball will always start out with a new attacker dribbling into the grid.

Progressions
Rules are the same as above.
Progression 1 - 2v2 focusing on the Cover player (2nd Defender).
Progression 2- 3v3 Pressure (1st), Cover (2nd), Balance(3rd).
