SET UP: 20x30 yrds 9 players 5V4
PROCEDURE: Teams look to keep possession
PROGRESSION: extra player becomes a 'floater' playing for the team in possession.
COACHING POINTS: Press qucikly, be close and maintain distance, paitence, co-ordinate their movement depending on their team mates movement.

PROCEDURE: Teams look to shoot in their opponents goals but must shoot from outside the goal zone.
PROGRESSION: Free play - no zones

DRILL (20 mins)
SET UP: 10x10 yrds 4 mannequinns with even groups lined up behind them.
PROCEDURE: The ball is passed to either the right or left all the way around the groups. When a player is about to receive the ball, the player at the opposite mannequinn presses the player (encouraging to force the pass) to the next player. Once a player passes the ball ball they join the other group beside them. i.e pass right go left. Player pressing joins the goup he is pressing.
PROGRESSION: Pass can go either left or right any time, player pressing to dictate the direction of the pass.
COACHING POINTS: Read the 'trigger', press qucikly, body position, force direction of pass.
