This series of Drill should be done 2 days a week (Tues/Thurs)
** It would be peferred to do the complete series of drills 2 -3 times a day** (Each series should take about 5-7 minutes so if you do it 3 times you will have a 20-25 min. Session to keep your GK skills and GK shape up.

Equipment: Creat an 8-yard goal with any items you have
1-3 balls & a server
40-seconds
1. Scoop a bouncing ball, give it back to server
2. Save a medium height ball to GKs right, give it back
3. Save a high ball cross towards GKs left, give it back
4. Scoop a bouncing ball in the middle
5. Save a medium height ball to GKs left, give it back
6. Save a high ball cross towards GK right, give it back
**CONTINUE for 40-seconds**

40- Sec. Drill : 3-dive progression
1.. Server rolls a ball to the Gks left for them to step and dive
2. Then rolls the ball to right for the GK to dive (3Xs each side)
3. Repeat but now Bouncing ball is served (3Xs)
4. Repeat but now Medium Height throw (3Xs)
**This should last for 40 seconds**
