2 cones in the middle of the grid
Instructions:
Players dribble to the cones, execute the push and run move and finish in the end line.
Coaching Points:
.Final touch of move bigger (allows head to come up)
.Accelerate away if looking to continue to dribble
.Dribble straight at the defender
.Push the ball to one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
.Run round the opposite side and collect the ball
Progressions:
Players can execute any of the moves that we did in previous sessions.

Instructions:
Defenders pass the bal and apply immediate pressure
Attacker recieve the ball, execute a move and try to reach to the end zone.
Coaching Points:
Final touch of move bigger (allows head to come up)

.Push the ball to one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
.Run round the opposite side and collect the ball
Progressions:
Attackers need to score in the small goals
if Defender win the ball they can counter attack and score as well.

Instructions:
- Players to dribble around the area in/out of the cones.
- Players with a ball each doing ball mastery moving from cone to cone: bell touches, outside/inside, toe taps, rolls, roll-stop etc. (moves carried out using inside, outside, and bottom of the left foot and right foot)
- Players to practice dribbling moves at the cones that had been done in previous session (feint move/double feint move/scissor/double scissors)
Inrdroduce the Truns that we will work on during the session.
Coaching Points:
Messi vs Ronaldo touches.
- Head up and look for space (look for a cone that other players are not going to). Also when doing the ball mastery look forward at the cone, training to get head up when moving with the ball.
- Body position low when performing the dribbling move to change direction
- Moves done at speed and under control
