All Groups start 40m Acceleration Run at same time. At each end Groups are to pass ball between each other for the first 20 second REST & Dynamic Stretch for the second 20 second REST (used as a light active recovery). After 40 seconds, Groups complete 40m Acceleration Run again. Exercise is repeated for a total of 8 x 40m Acceleration Runs.
