Team Tactical Principles

TOTAL DURATION: 15 minutes

INTENSITY: Moderate to hard
DIMENSIONS: L20xW15 yds (each box).
DESCRIPTION:
- Two games going at once. Ball is played from the blue to the red for a 1v1. Red tries to go to goal, if the blue recovers the ball, they try to dribble past the opposite endline.
** If Red loses the ball try to win the ball back within 3-5 seconds or force blue to lose possession. If Red wins the ball he needs to secure the ball and get past the two red cones in the middle before finishing.

DIMENSIONS:
The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.
DESCRIPTION:
- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.
